NicheLabs contracted to Build Website for Debut of New Seafood Restaurant in St. Petersburg, FL

Coming soon to historic downtown St. Petersburg’s “Sundial St. Pete” is a new take on Sea Salt Naples-named Esquire Magazine’s “Best New Restaurant.” Located in the new addition of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, Sea Salt St. Pete will be developed by Bill Edwards and the Edwards Group and will offer the same concept as the original in Naples, FL: the best local and organic products in a fusion of upscale contemporary seafood and authentic Venetian home cooking. Not to mention the largest wine tower in Florida!
The restaurant, oyster bar, and lounge will offer “al fresco” dining on their outdoor patio, an indoor/outdoor cocktail lounge and several private dining areas. The day’s catch will be featured in a fish display with other fresh seafood including over 50 different oyster varietals. Pasta dishes, gourmet charcuterie and cheese, and grass fed and organic steaks will appear on the menu.
Owned by the Aielli Group Owner and Chef, Fabrizio Aielli, the new restaurant’s menu will be sure to incorporate a variety of options, allowing the diner to choose their own experience. Chef Aielli’s philosophy is that blending simplicity with the very best products-prepared and presented in a unique menu that changes daily-will make for a memorable experience every time. Born in the heart of the Adriatic coast, Chef Aielli is always challenging himself and his staff to keep the menu fresh and authentic; He began his passion at his mother’s stove and pursued it with formal culinary training, eventually working in and opening award-winning restaurants around the world.
Client Challenges & Goals:
NicheLabs is currently redesigning the Sea Salt Naples website as it does not match the elegance and quality of their ambiance and cuisine. The Aielli Group understands how important online presence is in representing their new restaurant. Sea Salt St. Pete needs to exemplify the same brand identity as Sea Salt Naples while highlighting differentiators. Professional, clean, simplistic, and of the finest quality, the look and feel will be consistent with other projects they have hired NicheLabs for. With a menu that changes daily, Sea Salt St. Pete needs to be able to update and change the content on their site independently.
NicheLabs Proposed Solution for Sea Salt St. Pete:
NicheLabs will mirror the Sea Salt Naples redesign; visitors will understand the identity of not only Sea Salt St. Pete and Sea Salt Naples, but of the Aielli Group as a whole. They will easily be able to see the uniqueness of the new location. Most importantly, the integrity and authenticity of Chef Aielli’s simplistic and elegant style will be showcased while simultaneously providing a user experience to match. The site will enable them to add, edit, and delete items, as it will be built in WordPress, the most intuitive, easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS) available today. NicheLabs is very excited to be a part of the Aielli Group’s new project and looks forward to seeing Sea Salt St. Pete blossom by the end of this year.
